J&L was founded in 2016. J&L’s mission is to use cutting-edge technology to responsibly produce clean natural gas and exceed reserve expectations. J&L will help bring stability to our rural communities by providing long-term reliable income for landowners, supplying hundreds of jobs, and creating new jobs. J&L’s strategy for small-scale site development makes for low-impact environmentally friendly drilling operations.

J&L’s focus is dry gas in the Marcellus Fairway of the Appalachian basin. J&L invests in due diligence and risk reduction upfront.  J&L holds contiguous land positions with take-away on-site, contracts for dependable water sources, and offset production curves from active horizontal wells, which makes for low-risk drill-ready projects.

J&L’s careful observation and deep analysis of surrounding wells combined with its teams’ knowledge and hands-on experience have fine-tuned its drilling plans to maximize reserve recovery in the Marcellus zone.

J&L’s leanness, structure, and development timing allow for quicker payback and higher returns.
